Inspired by the culinary wisdom of beloved grandmothers “Abuelitas”. Delia’s offers a dining experience rich in unique flavors and heartfelt traditions. Our menu, thoughtfully curated by Chef Gaby Espinosa and Chef Diego Zarco, features a harmonious blend of traditional Mexican cuisine through an innovative lens, incorporating Thai regional and seasonal ingredients.
